Covid 19 Vaccine Is Deadly. I won’t Take The Vaccine – Yahaya Bello, kogi State Governor

Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello has stated that he will not take the COVID19 vaccine. The vaccine sent to Africa is deadly.

On March 5 friday, the federal government  of Nigeria launched the COVID19 vaccination program after  receiving 3.92 million doses of the AstraZeneca COVID19 Vaccines on March 2 2021.

In an interview with Channels TV on Friday, March 5, Governor Bello stated the vaccine is deadly and he won’t engage in it. Since the beginning of covid 19, the governor have strongly opposed to the vaccine.

We have important issues and more pertinent matters to discuss in Kogi State than corona virus.

We succeeded in taking away insecurity in the state and many other things have been solved. We united the major tribes in Kogi state. So, what is coronavirus?

COVID-19 is nothing compared to what we are treating or handling in the state.

There have been outbreaks, somany diseases like Lassa Fever and Yellow Fever and those were handled without making noise.

The last Yellow Fever (outbreak), we educated our people against Yellow Fever, telling them that they shouldn’t be afraid and they were treated  well.

If the Federal Government gives us COVID-19 vaccines, we will equally inform our people.  Those  who wish to take the vaccine can come and take it, but I will not force the people of Kogi State to take any  vaccines and I will not make them the guinea pigs.

Mr President is the leader of this great country. We all  love and respect him and he is leading by example. If he needs to take the vaccine, it’s a welcome development.

As for me, I have no symptom of coronavirus. I am strong and healthy, I don’t need to take the vaccine. I don’t have high fever, cold, cough, headache or any thing related to the virus. He said.

Is the governor right or wrong?
