As Herdsmen Attack Amotekun Operatives In Ondo, Two Shot Dead And One Missing

From the clash of the Amotekun and armed fulani herdsmen. At least two people have died  between the Amotekun operatives aka Ondo State Security Network and Fulanis armed herdsmen.

The attack occurred on Thursday early morning, Feb 11 2021 in Ago Sanusi, along Ute Road Owo, Local Government area of Ondo State Nigeria.

Oluwasesan Adebayo, A leader of Ondo State Security Network is also reportedly missing following the clash. We still haven’t known where his whereabout is.

According to Premium Times news, the Fulani herdsmen had earlier had issues with farmers which led to a “call on Amotekun operatives for help”.

Report said that as the security men got to the place, the were immediately attacked.

This resulted to the death of a farmer and a vigilante during the attack.

The incident was confirmed by the state Commander of the Amotekun, Adetunji Adeleye, according to the given news.

When asked about the missing Adebayo, he  said “nobody is missing in Amotekun”.
