Homeless man looks totally different after receiving a free haircut from a stranger.

The stranger is a barber who travels round the city and world, offering free hair cuts to the homeless. The barber didn’t only make the young man happy but his viewers were happy too.

The barber’s name is Joshua Santiago and he makes  TikTok videos. His viewers were amazed at the magic he worked on the homeless man’s face.
