In 38 locations nationwide, Nigeria president have decided to set up oxygen plant for covid-19 cases worth 6.45 billion naira.

The minister of finance Zainab Ahmed announced this while speaking at the first National Economic Council meeting of the year.

The minister of finance said the president approved the release of the funds for the production of oxygen because of the increased of covid-19 patients.

The question is, will they use this money to buy oxygen or steal it??
