Lagos State: Judicial Workers Suspend Their Strike

The ongoing strike held by the Judicial Staff Union of Nigeria, Lagos state, suspended their strike.

Some days ago, the workers joined their national body. And they embark on a strike action, demanding for financial autonomy for the judiciary.

Finallh the workers have agreed to call of strike and resume work after meeting with Lagos state government. Their resumption followed a directive by the Administrative Department of the Lagos State Judiciary.

Although every other departments of the state judiciary have resumed work, the judiciary court are yet to commence sitting
